FAQ

Common questions

Do you need the APK file or Play Console access?
You provide the APK or AAB file directly, or add our test accounts to your internal/closed testing track in Play Console. We do not require full Play Console ownership — read-only tester access is enough for most scenarios.
Which Android versions and devices do you test on?
We cover Android 8.0 (Oreo) through Android 14 across 25–40+ device profiles including Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, OPPO, Realme, and Vivo devices — the most common Android user base in Southeast Asia and globally.
Can I track progress during the 14-day sprint?
Yes. Click "Check Progress" in the top navigation, enter your invoice number, and view your live testing dashboard — showing daily execution status, tester assignments, device coverage, result counts, and activity logs in real-time from our tracking system.
Will you check Play Store policy compliance?
Yes, our Test Lead (T12) runs a dedicated Play Store policy review — checking your data safety form declarations, permission usage, content rating, and app metadata against current Google Play Developer policies before the final report is issued.
What if my team pushes a new build during the sprint?
Just share the updated APK/AAB and we'll run a retest cycle against previously flagged issues. One structured retest round is included — triggered when your team submits a new build within the 14-day sprint window.
What does the "Production Readiness Assessment" mean?
It's a formal document summarizing all pre-production checks we ran across our test scope. It is not a guarantee that Google will approve your Play Store submission, but it confirms all testable quality criteria we cover have been met or documented.
